How Indian Rummy works (basic rules)

• Players: 2 to 5 players per table. Each player receives 13 cards.
• Objective: Arrange your 13 cards into valid combinations — sets and runs (sequences of the same suit).
• Turns: Players take turns drawing and discarding cards until someone completes the required combinations.
• Winning: When a player discards their final card and displays valid combinations, they win the round.

Rummy variants explained

• Pool Rummy: Players pay a fixed entry fee into a prize pool. When a player’s cumulative score reaches the table limit, they are eliminated. Common formats include 101-point and 201-point pools; the last remaining player claims the prize.
• Private Room: Create a private table and invite friends or family for exclusive 13-card matches.
• Bet Rummy: Similar to Points Rummy but with dynamically increasing stakes — higher bets mean higher rewards. The winner of each hand collects the chips.
• Deal Rummy: Players are given a fixed amount of chips for the deal and play a set number of rounds. The round winner takes the chips — a mode that rewards strategy and planning.
• Royal Rummy: A faster, higher-stakes version of classic Rummy with no ads and stricter entry rules (invites disabled to protect chips). Ideal for players who want a premium, uninterrupted experience.
