How to Play Real Rummy

1. Join a Table
   Choose a game format — Pool Rummy, Deals, or Points. Tables seat between 2 and 6 players.

2. Deal and Joker
   Each player is dealt 13 cards. A wild joker is selected at random for that round.

3. Drawing and Discarding
   On your turn you may draw from the face-up discard pile or from the face-down stock, then discard one unwanted card. Your objective is to arrange your cards into valid sets and sequences.

4. Making a Declaration
   To make a legal declaration you must have at least one pure sequence (a sequence without any joker). The rest of your cards must also form valid sequences or sets. The first player to declare correctly wins the hand.

5. Scoring Rules
   Face cards (A, K, Q, J) count 10 points each. Number cards count at their face value. Jokers are worth 0 points. After a hand, each player’s score equals the total points of their unmatched cards; the winner scores zero.
